Good service, polite stuff, great location near market and good - walking distance. Room is clean with small balcony for drying you laundry.

The hotel had the friendliest reception- really enthusiastic and welcoming. The room was clean and surprisingly quiet. The lobby has a kitchen area if you want to cook breakfast. They have a secure entry at night - you have to use your room key. Overall, a very nice, clean, simple and welcoming place.

This is a cute hotel in a very convenient location since it is right next to a small night market (great street food every night!) and a morning fruit/produce market. I stayed here for a bit over a week and I would happily have stayed longer. The lady at the front desk was very helpful and generally kind, she made me feel welcome every time I came back to the hotel.

The hotel is homey with great support from the manager and staff. It is local to good restaurants and wonderful street food. Its location in old city made is easy to walk around Chiang Mai for shopping, massages and meals. We were able to be picked up from the hotel for our planned excursions. The room was comfortable and included a refridgerator. Close to Saturday night market.

We really loved the location and helpful staff. Very comfortable. One block from the street market and Saturday Night market. Good restaurants nearby. Many coffee/tea shops. Quiet, but really close to the energy of Chiang Mai. Many good choices for massages. All in easy walking distance. Easy for tours to pick us up. Comfortable room and several comfortable common areas on firt floor.

Classic Style, Modern Comfort

Cozy, well-appointed rooms. Fridge. Safe. Great aircon. Heaps of hot water. Nice, family-run and friendly property in a part of the old city that still maintains its original charm. Lots of great local markets, restaurants, and coffee shops nearby. Excellent value for money.
