Fantastic hotel

Amazing hotel! Very clean, super friendly staff! My husband and I stayed for one week with our small you poodle. They provided a pet bed with dog bowls and free water for my little dog, he loved being here. The pool was awesome for the dogs too, there is no pool for us just the dog pool. You can use it but will smell like a dog lol! The cafe on site is very quaint and has great options for food and coffee, also have special food for your pet to eat with you. Their dogs on site are very friendly and playful too. Very lovely hotel, highly recommend starting here!!

服務人員態度非常友善且用心協助我們解決訂巴士票丶租車丶叫車等事宜。房間明亮乾淨寬敞，而且還有寵物專用床～對愛寵物的人來說是個非常棒的選擇。唯一的缺點是在長長的小巷內，晚上出入不方便。
家裡沒有養寵物，在這裡還可以近距離接近牠～好開心

Hôtel très sympathique

Hôtel très mignon avec des chiens tres bien dressés. Le service est très agréable mais ne parle pas un anglais impeccable. Très bon séjour un peu à l’extérieur du centre historique de Chiang Mai. De nombreux bars dansants autour qui permettent une meilleure ambiance.

This hotel is amazing and budget friendly ! The staff are so helpful and so sweet to see them with the dogs. Room was modern and clean, was perfect for our 4 night stay during the loy krathong festival in November. The hotel is walking distance of all the main activities during the festival, highly recommend

Wonderful little hotel

OYO 240 Ketawa pet friendly hotel is a wonderful place. It's a hotel that has clean rooms, the staff is friendly and helpful. I enjoyed the time I spent there and I'm planning to come back again.

เป็นโรงแรมขนาดเล็ก ไม่วุ่นวายดี พนักงานดีเยี่ยม สุนัขพักได้ มีที่นอนให้สุนัขด้วย(มีค่าใช้จ่ายเพิ่มจ่ายตอนเช็คอินได้เลย) อยู่ในเมืองแต่ต้องเข้าซอยสักนิด เป็นโรงแรม เพ็ท เฟรนลี่ ได้สมบูรณ์แบบจริงๆ มีสระว่ายสำหรับสัตว์เลี้ยง ไม่ต้องกังวลว่าสุนัขจะวิ่งออกไปนอกถนนที่นี่มีประตูถึง2ชั้นป้องกันได้ดีมาก ตั้งใจพักคืนเดียว แต่ด้วยความเป็นส่วนตัวดีเลยพักต่อทั้งหมด4คืน แนะนำที่นี่เลย ไม่เชื่อลองมาใช้บริการกันดูครับ

一進去感覺不太好 和照片太大分別 燈光非常暗，冷氣沒有很冷，而且很偏僻， 非常多蚊，喜歡寧靜的話就不錯 附近基本沒有吃的 最近的7-11也要走兩公里。。。 酒店沒有提供牙刷和牙膏 ，一大清早要跑出去7-11買。總括來說是住這麼多酒店最差和比較失望的一間

Lovely hotel; haven for dog lovers

Our family of 3 enjoyed our 2 nights stay at Ketawa. Our booking includes the a-la-carte breakfast which was wonderful. Staff was ftiendly, and the resident dogs were simply adorable and huggable *muak*. Hotel is also within walking distance to many eateries by the river and night market. Will definitely stay at Ketawa again on my next visit to Chiang Mai.

Pet Haven

For any animal lovers, this place is simply the best. Friendly staff, chic and comfortable room and adorable dogs to play with. The cafe onsite also offers a great selections on their menu and amazing coffee. Simply the best hotel that I have ever stayed in Thailand! It was hard to leave.

Beautiful hotel, friendly staffs and cute dogs

We were very impressed with the professionalism and friendliness of the hotel staff. Our room is very chic and comfortable and has everything that we need. We are very happy as well with the great selection of food and drinks at their cafe and to have a chance to get to know all their adorable dogs. Highly recommended to any animal lover. Two thumbs up.

The hotel is pretty and comfortable. Its location is not very convenient, and you need to walk for 5-10 mins to the main road to get a texi. There are Some mosquitos in the room, so you might need to take some mosquito spray with yourself.

ห้องพักมียุง และในห้องแสงไฟมืดไป ห้องไม่ค่อยสะอาดเท่าไร ใต้เตียงมีฝุ่น ราคาแพงเกินไปกับสิ่งที่ได้ในห้อง เพราะมีน้องหมาพักด้วยก็เก็บราคาเพิ่มต่างหากอยู่แล้ว โรงแรมอยู่ลึกเกินไป ถ้าไม่มีรถไปก็จะเข้าถึงตัวโรงแรมยากหน่อย

Helpful staff, happy dogs and clean spaces

My favourite hotel among the other two during my stay in Chaing Mai. Staff was quick in response to my request and willing to offer help like booking cheaper transportation and gave me useful suggestions. The dogs are clean and happy to play with everyone.

Extraordinary hotel in special area of Chiang Mai

We were warmly welcomed by the staff and we loved the hotel design and atmosphere. The hotel is very clean. Our room was beautiful and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious. The staff had answers to all our needs. It is nice to stay somewhere that is not merely a "cut and paste" hotel. Ketawa is a place we will remember.
