"I have never requested room change out of hundreds of time I stayed at hotels but at this property I had to do it twice. I checked in around 9pm and as soon as I entered the room it smelt like sewer. I went back immediately to the reception and they changed my room. I went to the new room and the air conditioner was broken. I called the staff to the room and they acknowledged it is broken and gave me a new room again. At no point the staff apologized. The staff just shrugged the shoulders like...

"The staff in the breakfast area were all friendly, thanks to Ejay for her assistance during check in and out. The room is clean. The location is close to the airport and downtown Calgary. Will definitely come back to this hotel."

"Good breakfast buffet (need hashbrowns though), free airport shuttle, clean large rooms with comfy beds & futniture, friendly staff, easy check in & out, a pool, laundry. The one downside to my second night was the shower had near zero water pressure, about 5 percent normal barely dripping out. The first night in a different room was without issues."

"Clean rooms, staff was friendly, breakfast was ok, but had several choices so good start to day. Parking was free and had ample spots. The only downside was that we had booked for 4 people and only had two towels. We requested more, which they gave, but it would have been nice to not have to ask both days. It was quiet and nice to be able to watch the planes landing and taking off. "
