"Friendly staff"

"Stayed in Chester for the weekend to watch our children take part in the marathon. Hotel is in a great location right next to a lovely park & near all the shops and sights. Bed was so comfy and the shower was amazing! They catered well for gluten free at breakfast although a gf sausage would have been nice (they are so readily available these days) The bacon etc was "help yourself" but people were using the same tongues to pick them out as the hash browns which weren't gf. "We just spent one night in Chester to visit the rows which is a reputation of the city. The hotel itself a bit far from downtown which takes about 20 minutes by walk. The room is a bit small with no view. There is no an elevator and the stairs is quite narrow. Pros are good breakfast, free car parking, and big bed. "

"Situated in a perfect position near to the centre of town, Very modern with staff that are always happy to help and smiling all of the time, they must really love their jobs. Beds are so comfy you just slip into sleep, plenty of choice for breakfast. I would highly recommend this Hotel and would definitely come back."
