"This is a wonderful boutique property in a very safe area. There is a cafe on the corner and is only 5 mins from the main shopping in Chester with so many options for dining and relaxing. The staff were very welcoming and this was the best hotel stay I can remember. "
"Highly recommend, unique rooms and brilliant staff, in the heart of Chester! Got upgraded to the Secret Garden and it was great! Stayed before in the Safari room which has its own jacuzzi bathtub which was brilliant! This time opted for another room as it safari was booked, but the upgrade was great! Staff very friendly and brilliant! Cannot complain in the slightest! Can’t wait to go again! "

"Stayed with my husband for a 2 day break in Chester ( this hotel was recommended by our son who stayed there a few weeks ago )As soon as we walked in were very nicely greeted . We were early so were offered to leave our case which we did .The last hotel we stayed at , we had to sit in our car until check in .
The room was lovely and comfortable . Bathroom really nice .

"We Usually stay in hotels, but decided to stay in a guest house this time. Got to say we were really impressed with Chester house. It was very clean and tidy, the bed was very comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful, (in both here and their sister property, Chester court hotel, next door), and the included breakfasts were excellent.
In addition, it was great to have ample free parking on site
