"We checked in and they gave us a smoking room saying that they don’t have any other rooms. We had booked a non smoking room. It was terrible to stay in a smoking room. I had to go to the staff the next day to give us a non smoking room."

"The room was of a decent size but had a misty smell. We mentioned about it only on the next morning, and the staff apologized and suggested that had we reported when we first noticed the smell, they would have moved us to another room. Overall, the facility is good and easily accessible. I would still recommend, irrespective of the minor inconvenience given the other benefits it offers due to the proximity to the key areas and businesses in the city."
