The staff were warm, attentive and genuinely thoughtful, always responding promptly to guests' needs and consistently going the extra mile. From check-in to departure, their attention to detail and genuine care made me teel truly welcomed and well looked after. Professional service with a personal touch that made my Chengdu stay even more enjoyable. "We were given a room with smokey smell when we brought that up to the staff they were happy in findng a more suitable unit. Buffet breakfast was good with many selections, only if guests know to close the lid after getting their food would be helpful in keeping the food warn."
