"We booked a suite and got a standard 2 bed with no suite. Room smelt like mildew and cigarettes, carpet was wet. TV was crooked and looked like it was going to fall off the wall."

"Checkin with Natalie was handled smoothly. Breakfast was excellent, variety was the main spread. Room was clean, but you need to check to see if the hotel shower shampoo and body wash containers are full mine were empty. Hand wash soap was also missing."
