"I recently stayed at Aloft Chattanooga —One of the biggest highlights of this hotel is its location — it’s perfectly situated near plenty of shopping centers and great restaurants, which made it super convenient to explore the area without having to drive far. One downside, however, was the parking situation. It could get a bit tight and inconvenient at times, especially during busier hours, which added a little frustration to an otherwise smooth stay"

"They were very short staffed especially at breakfast. When we went down they were out of all the hot breakfast foods unless you wanted to make pancakes. The staff said the usual breakfast person was on vacation and they didn't know where anything was. We couldn't even check out as they pulled the staff from the front desk to cook. Not what I expect from a Holiday Inn"

"This hotel was very nice, clean and updated. My husband is hearing impaired and the TV actually had the connection port (optic out) for his hearing device streamer. We could also access the back of the TV. because it was on an arm so it could be moved in different directions. The only complaint I have is that one reason I rented this room was because of onsite EV charging stations. However, they did not work correctly. Charging was much slower than it should have been. I charged 6 miles in 3 hours at a cost of around $10. At that rate I would have paid a lot of money for very little charge if I used it. Staff were very helpful for everything but the chargers and they had no one to help fix that situation. Even with the charger issue, I would still stay here again. Luckily there was a super charger nearby for me to use. "

"The prooerty was well maintained, clean and comfortable. This property not only offered breakfast but included a cocktail hour and dinner buffet. There were no additional charges. Coffee and cold drinks wwre also available 24 hours in the buffet area. I would highly recommend this property. "

"We were exhausted from traveling all day. We were unable to sleep because the room was located next to an ice machine and exit doors. When I returned our room keys I was asked about our stay by a woman at the desk. I told her terribly because of the noise! She proceeded to tell me that it was the noisiest room of the hotel. She asked why I accepted that room. I asked her how I was supposed to know that! Then she asked why didn’t we come back to the desk and ask for a different room. We didn’t hear all the noise until we were in bed. Not going to get dressed and pack things to transfer to another room. I will never book a La Quinta Inn again! Person at the desk never apologized. Acted like it was my problem because I didn’t redress and come back to the desk to request another room."
