"While it a middle of the road hotel, Holiday Inn that is, this location needs a makeover. The windows along the street side let in a ton of street noise, causing me to lose sleep. The TV had limited channels, mainly locals only. Bathroom was poorly lit. The A/C flipped between a/c and heat throughout the nigh, even when set to “off”. Breakfast buffet was serviceable and forgetful. Beverage stand in lobby didn’t have cold water. I will not be staying here again."

"Close to Midway airport and the car rental building. Friendly and helpful staff, SUPER CLEAN & QUIET ROOM, bed was very comfortable, the shower was hot and water pressure strong. A couple of small mechanical issues but we were a very late check-in so those items had to wait 'til morning."

"I only stayed one night - king room. Super comfortable bed. Clean bath but stopped up. Let staff know when I checked out. I loved 24/7 airport shuttle and it was great at 3am."

"The room was very clean. The staff was very kind and attentive. The casino was clean but didn’t win much. My husband and I truly enjoyed the Alto restaurant. We’re planning to return for another stay soon."

"The kids loved the pool. Location for price was incredible. Definitely coming back"

"Everything was good, room, staff, even the location is great"
