"Tout était absolument parfait. L'hôtel est vraiment au calme et la vue depuis le restaurant est à couper le souffle. Très pratique d'ailleurs de pouvoir manger sur place après notre escapade de la journée. La chambre était vraiment très bien et le personnel était au petit soin. Petit déjeuner correct. "Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und gemütlich. Die Besitzerin war ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und vielfältig. Besonders praktisch ist die zentrale Lage direkt im Zentrum, außerdem gibt es Parkmöglichkeiten direkt am Hotel. Vielen Dank auch für den tollen Restaurant-Tipp. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder."

"No elevator and smells!! We booked this hotel as it was close to train station… across the street. While it looks like may be trying to remodel a little at a time, our room looked remodeled minus the carpet. It doesn’t make up for dirty worn carpet, narrow curved stairs, poop left on toilet seat and absolutely worst smelling room ever. Also there were rooms left open that were not occupied.. didn’t feel safe. Area around train station doesn’t feel very safe needed to stick to main roads."

"The hotel room had everything we needed. The air conditioning was a real bonus given that the heat wave hit when we arrived. The kitchen is very small but functional. We only used the fridge and the kettle. The staff were very helpful. They were patient with my hubby's French and responded to him in French. They were also fluent in English and was very responsive to me when I spoke to them in English."

"Conveniently located a few blocks from train station. I missed last train due to earlier delay and booked last minute 1 night stay. Clean and tidy, though stairway up to rooms would not be ideal for elderly or handicapped."

"Staff at check in helpful and attentive. Clean room, except for penultimate night, but no big deal. Easy to access from Autoroute with simple access into Narbonne Thoughtfully placed us on quiet side of building. Parking always easy and felt secure. Decent breakfast provision. Would certainly choose to stay again."
