"This is such a lovely quiet boutique hotel. The thing that stands out most is it’s absolutely the most spotlessly clean place I’ve ever been in they go out of their way to keep it beautiful. Although there is no restaurant or food service so to speak they always have a good coffee and some little cookie snacks available and you can enjoy it out on the terrace with lovely flowers around. The wife was very kind and helped me with some issues related to travel for me as I had not traveled much out of the US. My room was clean. The hotel is located in a great area. I thought it might be noisy as it was on the corner of two very busy streets, but it was very quiet. "

"Hotel is located at old Haifa part. You can park at hotel which you have to pay 40 Shilkel but also you can park on street before you reach hotel and it's free. However, I stay 2 nights but they didn't give us new water bottles for second night. "

"perfect location for the hotel and bungalows- right by the beach, and 5 minute walk from the near bye DOR mature reserve (with plenty of walking paths, hidden coves, views and archeological finds). We stayed one night- went for a long afternoon and evening walk along the beach and coves. Early morning walk and hike and swim along the beaches, then when it got hot, went to the extensive breakfast spread (served until 11:00 on a weekday). "Staff support was definitely lacking. No one helped with our bags. I had to ask housekeeping to empty our trash. The air conditioning was really loud (so loud we couldn’t sleep. They never sent anyone to fix it. There was no drinking water available until noon when the cafe opened. Nice rooms and great location, but way too expensive for the service."
