Einen Stern Abzug gibt es jedoch, da die Fenster nicht geöffnet werden können bzw. es konnte nur ein Flügel auf gekippt werden, absolut unverständlich und man fühlt sich dadurch eingesperrt."

"Great location. A bit difficult to drive to the hotel. Better use map and following hotel sign. Don't 100% trust GPS. We love this hotel. It was clean and comfort. Car park entrance is narrow but not a big problem as people mentioned. We spent one night here and wished to stay longer. Rouen is lovely town."
