The rooms are super nice, recently renovated and the shower is just out if this world!!! :) They were very kind with us, the breakfast was great and always nice to have some help to move around or to recommend places to eat from them. "The hotel is very convenient for accessing the fortress, shops & restaurants. It is right across the street from the wall & very close to the gate without the long uphill walk. Staff were friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable, room was very clean. The shower was a little small but fine & there was also a free standing tub. We would definitely stay there again."

The hotel was spotless, beautifully designed, and had such a relaxing atmosphere. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and equipped with everything we needed for a perfect stay. The owner explained everything in our room. A service that we never experienced before. Parking was free which is a huge bonus."

"The hotel is beautiful and very atmospheric! Staff was wonderful! Rooms were lovely! A few issues for us were that that the tub is very deep which makes it difficult for older or short people to climb in. Although the hotel was beautiful the exits need to be better marked. If there was a fire it would be very difficult to exit the hotel safely."

"Catherine is very helpful and kind, watched our luggage for a few hours and lent us an umbrella. Location was about 20 minutes walk from the entrance to the old city. We were lucky enough to have one of the large rooms, the bed was very comfortable, and the bathtub was amazing! The hotel is bit difficult to find as the signage is very discrete."

"Ein sehr netter Empfang durch Dominique . Er hat uns alles super erklärt und eine perfekte Empfehlung fürs Abendessen ausgesprochen . Der Tip war perfekt . Unser Zimmer war sauber und ordentlich und das Frühstück von Dominique perfekt zubereitet , ließ keine Wünsche offen . Super ist die Lage vom Hotel nur fünf Gehminuten von der historischen Altstadt entfernt und es war perfekt , dass wir unser Auto auf dem Grundstück der Villa , abgeschlossen und sicher abstellen konnten 👍 "

"L'hôtel est situé à environ 10 mn de la Cité de Carcassonne et on l'aperçoit des fenêtres de l'hôtel. Nous avons très bien dormi car c'est calme. Les propriétaires de l'hôtel sont très agréables les chambres sont propres et spacieuses. La piscine est très jolie. Je recommande vivement cet endroit."
