Nous aimons la réception et tout le bas , nous avons impression que la chambre était moyenne , des taches sur la moquette , pas de pression d eau dans la salle de bain alors que nous rentrons trempes le 1 er jour de l aquascope et le 2 ème jour trempés aussi du futuroscope , pour prendre une douche et se laver les cheveux pour ma part mi longs … cela a été compliqué , que dire du sèche cheveux ???? Pour un 2 ou un 3 étoiles ça passerait , nous y étions allés deux ou 3 fois mais nous n y retournerons plus , les fenêtres étaient sales , la porte de la salle de bain usée j ai l impression que lorsque nous réservons avec Expedia , hôtel.com nous sommes un peu déclassés …ras sur le petit déjeuner , bonnes viennoiseries, pain frais , et des œufs brouillés et du bacon relativement bons…

De lobby oogt royaal en chique. De familie kamer is basic en klein. Badkamer is ruim genoeg. Jammer vind ik dat je van een 4 sterren hotel iets “meer” verwacht dan de basics. Ja er is een fitness maar er ligt geen enkel gewicht er staan alleen wat cardio toestellen en een TRX. Grootste teleurstelling is het ontbijt, weinig keus, weinig gezonde opties er wordt niets live voor je bereid en voor dat geld verwacht je net wat meer. Al met al zeker niet slecht maar het ontbijt zou ik daar overslaan.

Très bon hôtel, nous y avons passés une nuit en chambre quadruple avec les enfants. Propre, confortable, proximité avec le futuroscope. Nous avons prix le petit déjeuner qui était top également .

Je déconseille vivement de manger au restaurant de l’hôtel, je doute réellement de la fraicheur des plats, ils m’ont servi une tartelette moisie à l’intérieur, et pas qu’à moitié! Heureusement que j’ai regardé avant d’en manger un morceau!...à bon entendeur. Coté boisson, j’ai commandé un verre de vin rouge, ils vous apportent le verre déja servi, donc on ne peut pas savoir si c’est vraiment le vin que vous avez commandé ou bien s’ils vous servent des restes d’autres bouteilles...

Très déçu !

Un peu déçu d’un soi-disant hôtel 4*. Tout d’abord un petit déjeuner plus que minimaliste. Le service au restaurant est déplorable avec une chef de salle arrogante et incompétente. J’ai demandé un seau de champagne avec des glaçons et ceci m’a été refusé prétextant que c’est interdit de boire de l’alcool dans les chambres. C’est bien la première fois que j’entends ça ! Inadmissible ! J’ai pourtant pris une suite familiale et je n’ai pas le droit à avoir un seau avec des glaçons pour mon champagne? Bref cet établissement ne mérite pas ses 4* et je ne ferai pas de pub et surtout n’y mettrai plus les pieds

Hôtel très beau, accueillant avec salle de jeux, piscine intérieur salle de sport et restaurant. Très propre avec ascenseur, climatisation et fontaine a eau a chaque étage gratuite. A une quinzaine de minute a pied du futuroscope et aquascope et 5 minutes en voiture.

J’ai séjourné plusieurs fois dans cette hôtel La chambre que j’ai occupé est une chambre pour personne à mobilité réduite et le confort est de loin de moins bonne qualité qu’une chambre classique Il y avait une fuite en dessous des toilette La chasse d’eau ne fonctionne pas bien La qualité de la literie est moins élevé que dans une chambre classique Impossible de règle la Climatisation dans cette chambre
