"A relative passed and I requested a refund days in advance. Expedia was horrible and hotel according to Expedia wouldn’t allow a refund. Terrible customer service in my opinion for someone dealing with a loss."

"Cute cozy stay downtown Charlotte. Expensive to park the car: $55 per night Convenient downtown location. Nice sky view from the check in area. Small room-big bed. Minimalist rooms.
