"The hotel itself is nice. But the experience was not good. Check in is at 4 pm. We arrived right at that time and were told our room would not be ready for “probably another hour.” We did not get keys to our room until 5 pm. Then on check-out day, it took the valet 45 minutes to bring our car around ..."
