It was beautiful and very clean love the room and size but the bed mattress was too soft I recommend them to get a little firmer mattress but overall if I could give a 100 I would I rate 10/10 highly recommend

Staff had excellent customer service skills. They were accommodating, friendly and helpful. The only downside is that the rooms and furnishings needs updating ASAP, my stay was short so it didn't bother me too much. If I'm ever in North Charleston, SC I would definitely stay there again.

The customer service was great and the manager Penny was excellant she greeted everyone at breakfast and ask was everything ok. She was very pleasant .Thanks for the awesome hospitality.

Excellent Staff

The staff was excellent, very helpful. My only complaint is I requested a handicapped accessible room and they didn't have one, so I had to adjust, and the only restroom was downstairs on the 1st floor, and I was on the 5th floor.

Comfortable and family friendly

Easy check in, friendly and accomodating staff. Hotel was very well maintained and clean. Breakfast was good too. The pool was down due to construction majority of our stay but were able to use the pool of the sister hotel next door. When the actual pool opened on our last day, it was very enjoyable with outdoor chairs and nice and big beach towels that the hotel provided for use. We did have housekeeping tidy the room mid way through our stay and she did a wondeful job. Clean, comfy beds and hot showers.Would highly recommend for comfortable, family stay, at an afforable price 👍
