The manager Arrie made out stay wondaful. She was very accommodating. Her attitude was very positive. We were in town for a funeral. She was very sympathetic. Everything was wonderful except the check-in process, Had pre-paid for a corner suite and employee was argumentative about the reservation for about ten minutes. When I showed her proof from the Expedia reservation, she finally acquiesced without so much as a “thank you” or “I’m sorry for the misunderstanding.” Breakfast was great. A male staff was more than helpful with assisting with the room temperature controls. The front staff check-in lady needs to be dismissed for her arrogant and dismissive attitude.
