The room was clean and well staffed. The laundry was free which when traveling with 5 kids is a huge bonus! The staff was great especially Latoya. Anytime you needed something, BAM! It was there. Great people and a great place to stay. The free coffee and hot chocolate was something I took advantage of like 10x a day!

I never stayed at property. Expedia took money prior for a “pay st checkin” - I canceled the reservation. Property never received the funds. Multiple attempts with Expedia cannot get refund of $475.+. Expedia is perpetrating fraud. I will pursue and report to every social media what a scam Expedia is. I will never use them again!

Unfortunately, this was one of the worst hotel experiences we've had. The area surrounding the property felt very unsafe, with frequent late-night activity that appeared consistent with drug use and prostitution, creating a concerning environment for guests. During our stay, our vehicle was broken into, which significantly impacted our trip. The hotel itself had ongoing issues, including room keys that repeatedly failed to work and a lack of housekeeping service throughout our stay. The property also appeared to have a number of long-term occupants, making it feel very different from a typical hotel experience. Based on our experience, we would not recommend this property. We were also disappointed to see it listed and recommended, as the overall condition, safety concerns, and guest experience fell well below our expectations.

The room had a leak in the bathroom that essentially flooded the floor and no one came to fix it. The phone in the room didn’t work nor did half the plugs. There was ants everywhere. They said they ran out of towels and if they could find some they’d bring them to the room, they never brought any. Miserable stay ☺️

Not a fancy hotel, but was perfect for low cost, safety (especially important to an older woman traveling solo), comfortable bed, basic kitchen, and close to airport and Interstate. The staff was absolutely wonderful - attention to my every need. Every time I left the hotel, they would welcome me and and address me by name.
