I enjoyed my stay for a week. The staff is excellent. The amenities are great. Convenient location. Clean rooms. My only drawback was that the breakfast was kind of expensive. For such a nice hotel you would think it would have a continental breakfast bar.

But my biggest complaint was Staff was not welcoming when checking in almost made you feel like you were in inconvenience and the room had this odd windows from the shower to bed area and despite the film you could still see throw. Was in town for concert. Have stayed at Alofts numerous times. This location by far is the absolute worst one I have ever encountered. The site should be bulldozed. Location is convenient to airport and shopping. That is all it has going for it.

The staff was excellent and super kind. We stayed close to the airport for convenience and location is perfect for that, and parking was free. However, our room was less than average. The toilet wasn’t flushing so we had issues the first night. The sliding door was a mirror that was cracked in a couple places so we were worried it would break. The back edge was peeling off and it fell off its track so we couldn’t even close it. The room was otherwise clean but having a broken bathroom is frustrating.
