"Reservation were made for Caesar’s Palace but when we checked in we’re told we had been up graded to Nubo. Very nice room, spacious, clean, staff were very friendly, always had a greeting. Only negative comment was we had a really hard time finding the lobby to check in, directions to take elevator to lobby would have been very helpful. "

"There was no microwave in the room. The online info said that there was. The room thermostat was wobbly. Nothing in the room (floors, walls appeared fresh)."

Watch your bill..added 2 charges for mini bar which was never used.. corrected at checkout.. after leaving last day, breakfast doubled charged at Viva which was never visited at breakfast, doubled charged tip on last day too. When calling to inquire 5/13 waited on hold twice at 6-7 minute mark hung up both times, on 5/14 representative finally answered call to correct disputed charges."
