"The staff in Reception and at the breakfast buffet were outstanding. Very friendly and efficient. The food at the buffet was very good and had a huge selection. The spa was a disappointment. It was not clean and I was charged double the price for the service I requested, and did not even receive all that the service was supposed to have included."

"Das Zimmer war sehr gut, aber am 1. Abend kein kaltes Wasser in der Dusche und Waschbecken, es kam nur heißes Wasser, wir konnten nicht duschen, sonst hätten wir uns verbrüht. Ab dem 2. Tag kein warmes Wasser mehr. In der Badewanne kam warmes Wasser, aber man kann nicht auf die Brause umschalten. Nach der Spülung lief das Wasser hinten aus der Toilette und ins Zimmer. War für 3 Personen gebucht aber nur für 2 vorbereitet. Trotz Beschwerde keine Änderung. "

"This hotel is excellent. The staff (including the owner) is phenomenal. Everyone is so accommodating and welcoming. The staff speaks English and provides concierge service (directions, booking drivers/transportation and excursions). They were all concerned for my well-being and safety. The food at the restaurant was tasty. The pool is clean, warm, and aesthetically pleasing. The beds include a mosquito net to protect you. The air conditioning is nice and cold. "Fin leilighet som fylte våre behov! Det ene soverommet har to dobbeltsenger. Air condition fungerte ikke på dette rommet. Det var en romslig og fin leilighet, men dårlig renhold ved ankomst. "

"This hotel has changed names and there is no signage showing the hotel location. The hotel is being managed by an Egyptian guy. This hotel is in need of alot of renovation. Expedia needs to remove them from posting fake information. Beds are broken, ceiling has big holes. it a a personal home and in very very poor condition. Not hot water. the lock you in the property we waited 30mins to have an attended let us out of the property so we can get dinner. the road is horrible no accessible....

"Poor management and the hotel has no freedom by desk but is operated out of a restaurant that is around the corner. The room is basic a bed and bath. The manager is not around but part of the time but only at the restaurant. No sign at restaurant that there is a hotel and we were the only guests. Would not return. "

"Generally, it was OK. There doesn’t seem to be an office on site. The only person we talk talked to during our stay was the guard who took us to our room and answered our questions. When we arrived, we waited for our room to be ready, they didn’t even ask for our name to confirm the booking. It was a comfortable place close to the airport."
