The best part was the location right on the Rideau Canal and lovely seating areas to have coffee by the water. Also the River Lounge on site had great food and service. "This is a budget friendly property in a quiet place and has plenty of open space to relax in the evenings. The staff members are polite and friendly. You can park your vehicle just in front of your room.Options limited for free breakfast but then property is worth for the price. "

"This is our 4th stay in Ottawa and by far was the best. From check in to check out we had a great time. The staff was warm and very helpful. Breakfast was excellent with good choices. Loved the fresh fruit and other healthy choices."
