"This was a terrible experience. The furniture was so filthy. We did not want to sit on it. Many things were not in working order simple things like lightbulbs and clocks not working. AC was a big one. It was hot in the room after many attempts of asking to get it fixed. Don’t be fooled by the pictures. There is no balcony."

"Everything was spectacular! It was the best birthday gift I ever received! Very clean, quiet, the view it’s unbelievable! We are going to go back in May ! The only downside it’s the structural building that you are not able to open the windows in your bedroom which it would have been amazing to hear the ocean waives and breathe the breeze… besides that everything was Perfect! "I booked through Expedia, went to check in and was told there was no vacancy. Instead of a refund, I was offered nothing and me and my children were left with nowhere to sleep after a 7 hour drive there. Expedia nor the hotel were helpful. I spent 2 hours trying to resolve the issue but was told nothing could be done because the hotel kept hanging up on the Expedia agent. "
