We were asked if we want to see the restaurant menu but were not informed when it closes so by the time we went to the restaurant the kitchen had closed and no warm dishes were available. "This place shouldn't really be classified as a hotel, it's old and decrepit, the reception when we arrived was inaccessible, we weren't given any information by email on how to access it and the lady who eventually opened the door only spoke French so we interpreted various codes to access the lift, the front door and the room. The furnishings are anything from 20-40 years old, the room was beyond basic with no air conditioning and upon leaving the window open to be able to sleep all we could...

"Niveau confort et propreté des chambres, rien à dire. Par contre quelques déceptions. Contrairement à ce qui est annoncé il n'y a pas de parking à l'hôtel. C'est stationnement gratuit mais dans les rues et en saison c'est compliqué. On devait avoir vu sur le parc, donc nous pensions avoir du calme !!! Pas du tout. Il n'y a pas de parc, c'est vu sur une église entourée d'arbres, mais surtout séparée de l'hôtel par une rue très passante et terrasses de café restaurant. Donc pas du tout calme....

"Prestations et confort de qualité dans une résidence des années 70. Toit et murs recouverts de tôles en Fibro !! Appartement bien insonorisé et avec un mobilier neuf. Balcon trop petit dommage car nous avions une belle vue du Super Besse ! A recommander !"

"Aucun personnel physique. J’ai reçu un WhatsApp avec les instructions pour récupérer clés, le petit déjeuner est dans la chambre ( frigo/ machine à café) qui encombre la chambre. Pas de climatisation et chambre donnant sur la route et la gare au 1 er … la décoration mexicaine est vraiment curieuse pour un hôtel avec ce nom "
