Domes Noruz Chania, Autograph Collection - Adults Only
10/10 Excellent
"⭐ Review of Domes Noruz Chania, Crete — 10/10
Domes Noruz Chania is spotlessly clean and beautifully maintained. Our room was immaculate, with daily housekeeping, turn‑down service, and thoughtful touches like complimentary toiletries, tea and coffee, water, and a mini‑bar.
The half‑board option was excellent — a generous breakfast buffet and the choice of lunch or dinner, all at restaurant‑quality standards.
With two pools (one lively with a bar, one peaceful) and a perfect beachfront location, the hotel delivers incredible sunsets every evening.
The spa is another standout, offering a truly relaxing experience.
A fantastic stay from start to finish. Highly recommend — 10/10."
"We had a wonderful time at the JW. The staff were fantastic and friendly. Everyone there was warm and helpful. We especially enjoyed talking to Angela at breakfast each morning. The property was modern and comfortable with multiple decorative pools. Our room looked straight into the ocean and the tall mountains behind. I was able to dive the elephant and seal caves which were fantastic. There’s a nearby dive shop. I highly recommend Blue Adventures Diving. The beach is small and quaint with nice chairs overlooking the water. Meals were excellent too. Thank you!"
"Had the most amazing time here at Sansal Chania Crête, the staff are amazing and so friendly, this is our first visit to Crete Sansal and we definitely will return, the roof top pool and bar was an added bonus, at times we had the whole pool area to ourselves which was fabulous, the bar staff were very helpful and knowledgeable of the area.
Breakfast was superb, cereals, cooked breakfast, pastries, jams, nuts, continental breakfast as well, fresh orange juice, choice of hot beverages.
Staff speak excellent English so excellent communication.
Our room had a sea view which we never tired off, the road the hotel is on was quiet at night although it did have traffic it never affected our stay, the room was cleaned every day and they did a fabulous job.
Location of hotel was perfect 10 min walk to local port where all the tavernas are, we also had a meal at the hotel which was reasonably priced and great quality.
Then 10-15 minute walk in opposite direction was the beach, plenty of sun beds to rent plus excellent service on the beach for drinks and food.
Only 30 minutes from Chania airport which we contacted Sansal before we arrived and they organised the taxi shuttle for us, which went very smoothly.
Glass boat trip was worth the money too, would recommend the hop on hop off bus trip which picks you up practically outside the hotel, we enjoyed sitting on the bus for 90 mins sight seeing. Very peaceful tranquil holiday spent here in Chania,"
"We were so happy with our stay there. The hotel is beautiful. The breakfast is delicious. The location is great, close to everything without being in the chaos of other spots along the water. I would definitely stay here again."
"Hotel Staff all very friendly and helpful
Breakfast was perfect, nothing really that was missing.
Rooms cleaned well every day, AC worked well.
Location perfect, short walk to the harbour and bus station.
Nothing to complain about, fantastic hotel and within a very reasonable budget.
Thanks for the stay!"
