"Good location for a stop over stay on the way back to UK. Staff were helpful and friendly. Looks to be a brand new hotel, everything was in great condition, very clean and tidy. Negative points were that the bar was not open (not sure if it was just the night we stayed) and there seemed to be very limited number of staff. Secure car park was £15 per night, which is a bit steep (and there is no free alternative), plus the gate had to be opened manually by staff, which was a nuisance. Overall...
"Wow. What a treat it was staying here. Very comfortable beds, nice bathroom with bath and separate shower. Treats left in the room for our dog. All staff very friendly and helpful. Bottles of water and snacks provided for our onward journey when we left. Bistro was excellent. Lovely grounds to walk and sit in. And all just a few minutes drive from the centre of Épernay "
"Extremely comfortable hotel to stay in with great facilities. The staff are very friendly and we had everything we needed for an overnight stay. The location around the hotel is a little under developed, but other than that it works very well. Also worth noting that the car park is in the adjacent building. Worth letting the reception team know so you can get a reduced parking rate for your stay given the affiliation they have with the car park. Overall would recommend. "
