The hotel is in the heart of downtown Chamonix. The staff is attentive and helpful, making reservations and recommendations for our family. The hotel is dated but charming and needs updating which it will undergo winter of 2026. Rooms were very comfortable and pillows were comfortable.

Wish I had longer here

This is a delightful property in the centre of Chamonix. Reception staff are very friendly and the room was like a Swiss Cottage with spectacular views.

NO CAR PARKING.

The hotel DO NOT HAVE CAR PARKING. If you are with your car, you have to find a private parking (20 euros/day) or have Lucky enough to find place on the streets for free. The hotel is good, well located and they are Very kind.

Great hospitality

The facilities and accommodation are as expected for a 3 star hotel, however the friendliness and hospitality rivals a 5 star. The staff are dedicated and will above and beyond to ensure the guests have everything they need for a great stay. The city centre location of the hotel is perfect for both convenience of shops and restaurants as well as walking distance to both gondolas in Chamonix. Our room had incredible views of the mountains and lovely sound of the river flowing past. Highly recommend.

We had a lovely stay in La Vallee Blanche. It was perfect for a few nights. The hotel is clean and comfortable and in a great position right in the centre of town. There is no parking but plenty of place to park in the town. Would definitely stay here again.

The place was in close walking distance to the bus and to the city center. The rushing creek ran along side my room. It was very calming. The breakfast was fine but the breakfast room was really lovely!
