On asking for a mattress topper or a different mattress, the response was that this was not possible. Mattress toppers were later added but why indicate this is not possible when it is? "We had a great stay. The family room was excellent and our kids loved the heated outdoor pool which we used when in February! The staff were lovely and we appreciated the little touches like snacks to take on our walks and home baked cookies. We will definitely be back. "

"Arrived quite late but was met with a very friendly welcome, was shown where everything was and allocated our room, popped Down to the bar which was good, prices ok, room was clean but we had a broken side table and no chair, comfy bed, bathroom was spotless. parking was good, breakfast was excellent and overall would definitely go back and would recommend.
