"Amazing beautiful spot in Shark Bay. We stayed many years ago as well but in the beach club. The only issue we had was we paid extra for the Beach Villa, they let Day guests into the resort & the unit style Beach club people come & sit right in front of your beach view. I know 1st world problems but people don't care and "

"An amazing hotel. We were beyond happy. Beautiful grounds- the pictures seriously do not do it justice. The pool was fantastic and Sunny was extremely helpful. You can rent bikes from here too and they are super chill and the whole experience was fantastic. If we ever visit Koh Tao again, we will stay here! The room was absolutely perfect and had the comfiest bed. "

Stranden var virkelig fin, og det var muligt at snorkle fra stranden hvor der var farverige fisk, Koraller og havskildpadder man kan benytte faciliteter på hele stranden - dvs beachbar, flere pools mv. ligger lidt langt fra by / lokale restauranter men vi nød virkelig 6 nætter på dette sted. "We really enjoyed our stay at the Tarna. Decent breakfast spread without being overly fancy. The free shuttle to and from town (and to and from the ferry) was greatly appreciated. The onsite dive school was excellent and we had great dives with them. The fact that their equipment is in great condition and they have their own traning pool at the hotel were big pluses. We had a room with its own pool, which we really enjoyed - But be aware that these rooms are all facing onto the construction site next door. I estimate that it will be ongoing for at least another year (we stayed in April 2025). To be fair it wasn't that intrusive, but I think potential guests should know about it."
