"Room was very nasty under/behind bed (lots of dust/dirt buildup with dead bugs) Clock had buzzing noise and I had to unplug it. TV remote control didn't work. The shower valve was bad and I couldn't adjust temperature (it was supper hot and couldn't get it cooler) Room had a bad cat urine smell (my daughter had the room next door and also had the smell and she says it was more like ammonia smell) No breakfast No one at front counter (kiosk for check in and check out)"

"Everything was Wonderful! Only downside is no outlets near beds or on bedside table to plug anything in. Husband uses Cpap machine and couldn’t use it. We didn’t know we had to bring an extension cord."

"The hotel was going through renovation and our smoke detector went off in the room because of it. Other than that, our stay was pleasant."

"Great hotel in central location. Wonderful staff. Very friendly and courteous. I booked 2 rooms and they gave us adjoining rooms which was a surprise and greatly appreciated. Lots of food choices nearby as well as shopping, banks and even a Costco! Very convenient especially if you don’t have a car and need to walk to get something to eat, want to shop or forgot something at home and need to buy another one for your trip. It’s located between HOU and the cruise port making it a short trip to both places. Felt safe which was important since it was just me and my four sisters traveling together."

"Room was clean everything smelled nice all around the hotel. Usually some parts of the hotels smell muggy or moldy. The only thing I will say is the pool had waaaayyy too much chlorine. My eyes were burning just sitting in there. Other than that it was nice. "

"The rooms are nice. Lila a small apartment with living room, kitchen and bedroom. A/C works great. Front desk staff are all nice and very friendly. Great price. We have stayed here three times now and would not hesitate to stay here again next time we’re in the area. "
