The beach had many umbrellas and lounges to choose from, so it was never an issue to get one (although you can reserve). The beach has food service, drinks, and showers, changing rooms, and WCs. "We had a great stay! The location was perfect for us as we wanted to be close to the cruise ship port. The communication between the hotel and I was outstanding. I received several messages about my stay and getting transportation from the airport to the hotel. I accidentally double-booked a room because I couldn’t find the original reservation. The hotel clerk that communicated with me was so sweet and kind. She refunded my money which I was not expecting. I highly recommend this hotel. ...

"Check in took 1 and a half hours and nearly caused us to miss our tour. The line was disorganized with people cutting and no rhyme or reason. After an hour when we got to the counter, the employee said one minute and literally never returned. Speaking with other guests this was a common occurrence over the past couple of days. "This property is in a great location, close to the ferry port, shopping, and restaurants. The staff were friendly and helpful, but it was a royal pain when the power went out (not the property’s fault)-it was a long way down from the 6th floor to carry a heavy bag down the stairs. Good breakfast."

The only downsides were that our room overlooked nearby apartments, so we had to keep the blinds closed for privacy, and the shower design caused water to spill onto the bathroom floor. "Beautiful property in a great location in Athens. Hotel staff, from the front desk to housekeeping, were warm, friendly, helpful and professional. The room was beautiful - very clean, 2 rooms with comfortable bedding and a deluxe shower. We also had dinner in their rooftop venue. Evie was a gracious, super sweet hostess and her recommendations for wine and food were spot on. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone coming to Athens."
