"Super lovely stay! Everything was amazing and the breakfast was delicious"

"There was water dripping from the ceiling in the hallway after the rain, and parts of my bathroom ceiling were on the floor. I think there's been a lot of deferred maintenance which is a shame because it's such a lovely old building."

"Wonderful experience.. great staff, great food, great room… thanks"

"The building is old but needs a lot of love with keeping it maintained. It could be such a beautiful B&B if more was put into it."

"A great way to experience a circa 1880's Philadelphia neighborhood. I like the idea that some proceeds are going to charity. Breakfast was excellent, although coffee was too weak for my taste. The room was large and furnished in the period with antique lamps and furniture. Some dining options within walking distance. Thank goodness because finding the location of the B&B originally was a real challenge even while using Google Maps."

"Host was very welcoming. Attention to detail throughout the buildings was excellent."
