"This property is a true scam in every sense. This is NOT A RESORT! These are privately owned apartments.There is no reception but rather a guy sitting in his van next to a mobile grocery store servicing the few units. The apartment was not cleaned once the previous guests left. The bathroom was extremely filthy with rags used to clean the floor pushed to a corner of the bathroom. "We loved the concept and location, and couldn't fault it . The check in process and carparking instructions are simple and easy to understand. Our boat was lovely and clean, with a kitchen on board and adequate for all your needs. The little boat restaurant on site was an added bonus if you didn't want to go anywhere. We slept like a log for our duration. Walkable distance into Gibraltar and the centre of La Linea. We will be back."
