"Property is right on the beach giving it good location. However it should be noted that swimming has been prohibited since October 2025 due to pollution. All staff very polite although Marcella in the cafe bar stands out for excellent service. "

We loved the pools although something should be done about people reserving their spots, as after breakfast it was impossible to find a spot in the shade. A bit disappointed with the public toilets near the pool where there were no locks, flushes weren't working, taps were pulled out - just not a great look for a nice resort like this. "A nice apartment in a good location, but it lets itself down with the lack of available sunbeds - mainly because of the usual selfish 'hoggers' that leave a towel on them even when they're not using them. There seems to be no attempt by the management to stop this. A photo (9.30am) is attached of 14 sunbeds 'reserved' but with nobody on them, or in the pool. "

"The staff was incredibly friendly and the breakfast was delicious. The weather wasn’t ideal for swimming but the pool appeared well-maintained. There are some pets on the property. I couldn’t find the Wi-Fi password but I didn’t need it anyway."

Weder Kosmetiktücher, noch Bodylotion und Conditioner im Bad. Die Cocktails an der Bar waren ne Art Fertigprodukte. Essen war ok, aber nichts besonderes. "Sehr schöne Anlage. Wir hatten zu viert eine 80m2 Villa und sie bietet sehr viel Platz und ist gut ausgestattet. Aufgrund der zentralen Lage auf Lanzarote sind alle Sehenswürdigkeiten gut zu erreichen. Die Nähe zum Flughafen ist kein Nachteil, man hört und sieht die landenden Flieger, das stört aber nicht. Das Publikum ist sehr britisch bzw. Irisch, was aber auch nicht stört. In punkto Liegen am Pool reservieren, haben die Engländer uns Deutsche abgehängt😉 Das Frühstück ist sehr britisch,...
