"The bed linens were obviously very dirty and were not changed out, the bathroom floor also dirty not mopped. THERE IS NO BREAKFAST HERE AT THIS HOTEL...THERE WAS NOT ENOUGH COFFEE MADE AND THE NUTRIGRAIN BARS SERVED WERE OLD AND IN CRUMBLES."

"The staff was amazing. They understood my situation, and helped me to accomplish my 1 night stay. I loved their minimalist pool, the fact that the king bed room was like a studio apartment, and its location. The kitchenette could’ve been cleaner, but i wasn’t that worried about it. The phone answering time could also be a little quicker, but i wasn’t mad about it. Clean bed, clean pool, not a boat load of chlorine in it which was amazing, the breakfast was just Wonderful, so many choices, it was also Very safe, i did not feel unsafe ant any point. I also got to pick which floor i wanted at check in. I would give it 5 stars if it weren’t for the kitchenette thing and the call wait time/answer likelihood, but that’s just me being honest. Otherwise, great service, great amenities, and I hope i get to stay here again !!"

"Rented a room to relax after a day of hiking and it was a huge mistake bc as we were trying unwind at 6pm—all we could hear was the loud music from the “pool party” all the way up like it was playing inside our room! Sadly, the assistance from front desk was less than desirable, and we left only couple hours after checking-in. MY ADVICE: if you wanna quiet and relaxation—this may NOT be the hotel for you. But if you like parties and loud music; you’d probably love it here!!!"

"I have had good experiences with other home2 hotels so was hopeful for this one. Do not stay on the first floor! I can’t speak for the other floors but it was dirty dirty. The room we had was at the end of the hall and was in rough shape. The bathroom door was nothing short of a hazard if need not downright dangerous for customers, especially anyone elderly. It could be closed with some effort but almost impossible to open. Also the door to the outside is at the end of that and bangs shut loudly every time someone uses it. Breakfast buffet was decent by this hotel type standard but it’s safe to say we will never be back to this home2 again."
