I had a number of Athletes taking part in the Ironman on both Saturday and Sunday. I found the hotel basic but comfortable and very well catered for the athletes. Bikes were allowed in the rooms, breakfast was made easily, the rooms are quite and location for the event village was perfect. The staff are superb and friendly and very willing to help. Great stay.

Perfect Stay!

Fantastic location for the Ironman. 5 minute walk to the beach. All staff were friendly and attentive. Room was very clean and shower worked perfectly. Fantástico!

Ottima posizione a 10 minuti a piedi dalla stazione, cinque minuti dalla spiaggia e centro facilmente raggiungibile a piedi.si trova in una via laterale molto tranquilla, classico hotel 3 stelle ma molto pulito.

Central, and just ok

Location central, close to train station, beach, and Cervia city. Spacious and clean room; excellent housekeeping. The elevator was out of service two of five days during the stay, and fire doors were closed and slamming every now and then. Even worse, it's a shame that you could not have a decent cup of espresso at breakfast! The waiters served countless excuses instead. In general, the breakfast was very poor.

Nice hotel, too bad the rooms are so small...

The hotel is very nice, has a good location in Cervia, the staff is very friendly, but everything changes when you enter the room. The size of the room is way too small for a family vacation and the bed... is tiny. We had a double bed and it could hardly fit a 12 year old kid.

Arrived at hotel to be told that they were closing early and couldn't honour our booking made in May for 6 nights. In fairness they appear to have sent an email in August which we didn't receive. So we had to find another hotel for part of our stay. It was towards the end of season which might be why the corridors were so dark (no light for us to see where to put the key in the door to our room!), the restaurant didn't seem open for dinner, the pool was filthy and breakfasts not great. Although they did provide fresh fruit when asked. The manager/owner was aware of our feelings and made up for some of the problems by reducing the cost of the room, giving us free wifi and offering help with luggage to our next, infinitely better hotel.
