"Very friendly and helpful Staff. Beautiful Room and property was located in a wonderful Area with Many dining and shopping options"

"The place was a convenient place to stay near beachfront Breakfast was great and they even left beer in the fridge for us Balcony was a great place to sit in the sun Room and common area was clean and well maintained And a plus there was a supermarket next door I would definitely stay here again"

"This is purely a place to stay if you fly out early from Rome. It’s a little quirky, but the staff was helpful, especially coordinating transportation back to airport. The cab ride from the airport to the property was highway robbery! Try to coordinate transport pickup through hotel may be cheaper. Not much to do or eat nearby, but found a place to watch a soccer game and have a sandwich a few doors down."

"Accueil très personnalisé. Très intime. Chambre Roma très bruyante avec balcon sur la rue. Les motos sans silencieux jusqu’à 2 heures du matin. Difficile de dormir."

"Very friendly, clean and great shuttle to the airport."

"Our first problem was trying to enter the property as there are no on site workers. I would never have thought that I needed to check Expedia for communication with the property. The neighbourhood florist left her shop to help us and then, luckily, we encountered other guests leaving who had been dealing with this strange system for five days. We did get a response from the owner sending us a video. This helped a great deal and should be sent out days in advance, however calling a door a gate...

"We stayed here for one night to be close to the airport. (8-minute drive.) It is a lovely modern, clean place. It has a common area that is filled with snacks, water, juices, tea and coffee. There are a few convenient stores and restaurants, a short walk away."

"Convenient location. Friendly and helpful staff."
