"Our room (Cielo) did not have enough water pressure, no closet and/or drawers for cloths. Does not make any sense the tub location, it will Be better if you take it out and build a “real” small closet there. Bathroom sometimes has unplacent odor. Staff is the best so happy to help and make us feel Welcome. Big thanks to Miriam and Karina!! "

"Our room was very clean and the staff was super helpful with every request we had. The complimentary breakfast every morning was wonderful. We appreciated the proximity to the hiking/biking trail right out the front door of the hotel."

"We were very comfortable for a short stay but a little crowded for two for longer (two beds). The shower was great. It took a while for hot water and the shower head was my height 5’8” but not a problem. The people were nice, it was quiet, the location was super walkable and I used the kettle in the breakfast room for morning coffee. No kettle or fridge in the room. We didn’t have breakfast at the hotel, try Cafe Local nearby and there are bakeries everywhere."

"This was the 4th time I stayed here, and the last time (on 3rd time) i had issues with the shower, but I thought it would be better next time, but I believe it is time for me to see other options. This time I not only I had a bad experience with the shower, but the pillows were horrible as well. I asked to change them, but they never did. I can see the employees were tired or they just don't like their jobs. Very unfriendly people. The Hotel is located in a very nice place but I will not be staying here again."
