Séjour en famille au Puy du fou

Hôtel tranquille, calme. La salle d’eau pourrait être rénovée (surtout la douche) mais c’est extrêmement propre. La literie est très bonne. Nous avons aussi mangé au restaurant le soir, repas copieux et aliments frais. Le petit déjeuner est aussi très bon et varié. Le personnel extrèmement sympathique

Nuit Blanche au Cheval blanc

La chambre n'est pas climatisée avec 25°C la nuit..De plus le Patron dit que ce n'est pas ecologique et aussi les batiments de France ne veulent pas. Il a aussi 1 theorie que la climatisation pollue plus que le reste etc Le boeuf et la volaille aussi.N+Bref nous n'avaons pas dormi de la nuit. Il faudrait aussi nettoyer la verriere du couloir 1° etage ( pleine de poussiere insecte mort. Il n'ya pas de rideau digne de ce nom a la fenetre juste des occultant sur les vitres.Comlment 1 hotel a pu obtenir autant d'Etoiles?? la douche est toute petite la porte de la SdB coulissante grine Etc..

ARNAQUE

arnaque sur l' amabilité et l' acceuil - patron désagréable - m ' annonce dés l' entrée que si cela avait été lui , il n' aurait pas validé ma réservation à l' avance car il n' accepte pas les prix imposés par votre site- qui celui l' on lui , avait été éffectué sur expedia fr et non sur votre site ( hotels ; com ) apparemment il ne vous connait pas ( tetu) suite a la prise de chambre , je constate que la télécommande tv ne fonctionne pas ( piles hs) je vais donc lui demander de les remplacer et au lieu de s 'excuser de cet oubli , m' annonce sans vergogne que si tel est le cas , cela est du à la malhonneté des clients qui ont tendance à intervertir les piles ( bonjour depuis une 1/2 heure dans cet hotel et déja pris pour des voleurs , ca continue ! le lendemain matin je m' appréte à acheter une bouteille d' eau dans l' appareil à l' entréé de hotel , je paie 1 euro , pas de chance , ça ne fonctionne pas , je m'en vais donc le voir pour ce probléme , toujours aussi culotté , il me regarde droit dans les yeux et me demande si j' ai effectivement bien payé , car toujours selon lui , beaucoup lui on déja fait le " coup " - une fois de plus , sous entendu , il me traite de voleur - anecdote supplémentaire , procurez lui du degrippant pour sa porte d' accés de nuit exterieure car cela nous aurait eviter d' etre constamment réveillés la nuit - conclusion : ETABLISSEMENT A BANNIR

Séjour service accueil téléphonique convenable pour arrivé heure après celle demandé par l'établissement Sur place a l arrivée déçu de par le manque de service mis à disposition de la clientèle Pas un café d'accueil mais surtout aucun moyen de pouvoir se réchauffer une boisson ou biberon bb Le lendemain matin demande effectuée au gérant pour le réchauffage bibi rien pour chauffer m'a t'on repondu !!!ça aurait été le minimum à proposer en service

Un hôtel très pratique à 30min du puy du fou dans la campagne. Petit village sympathique. La chambre pour 5 était spacieuse et propre. Très bien pour une nuit.

Très décevant malgré un bon restaurant

Séjour décevant. Nous devons etre servis au restaurant avant 20h30. Donc quand vous travaillerez et que vous arrivez vers 20h, on doit se presser pour passer à table alors que je souhaite plutôt décompresser quand j arrive à l'hôtel. Le restaurant est en revanche très bon avec une belle carte. Le petit déjeuner est cher pour le choix proposé. En ce qui concerne la chambre, très déçu. Celles ci sont très mal isolées et nous profitons donc des bruits de voisinage. Le lit est très dur et je sentais même les ressorts. Enfin, la couette fait à peine la taille du matelas. Donc ne retombant pas sur les bords du lit, il est inimaginable de penser pouvoir caler la couette du lit que ce soit sur les côtés ou au pied du lit. Et enfin la porte de douche ne se fermait pas entièrement. Donc malgré un bon restaurant, je ne recommande pas cet hôtel.
