"Very easy to check in and check out, staff very friendly. Location is amazing to explore Shanghai, I was here for one night but will definitely be coming back. Rooms were very clean and spacious."

"Gute Lage…10min zu Fuß zu Mall und U Bahn, Maglev mit Taxi/Didi 20min und große Zimmer."

"We absolutely loved at stay at Chateau Star, it was more then what we expected. Breakfast buffet was exceptional. Staff were friendly and helped as much as they could given language barrier, really only had 1 staff member who spoke English which was great as we weren't proficient with the translation apps immediately. Rooms were clean and we were super comfortable. There were plenty of restaurants and cafes, along with sone corner stores a short walk away. We will definitely be staying...

"Terribile, camere con puzza di sigarette. Pulizia scadente. "

"Great location in a quiet area of shanghai but close to a metro line that will take you straight to downtown shanghai, the hotel itself is clean and modern with plenty of space in the rooms. Onsite restaurant in the lobby area serves a wonderful breakfast with a large amount of variety so you will defo not get bored of trying new things, the staff are professional, helpful and very welcoming"
