When our flight was delayed and we had issues with our car rental company, I feared there would be no one to let us in the hotel but Vincenzo was kind enough to stay up to 1am and accommodate our entry. I would clarify that the breakfast was only on the first day and only a bag of cookies and a smashed muffin. And while it is close to some areas of interest, i would make sure to get a few bus tickets if you want to venture further than the Norman palace or Palermo Cathedral. "
