"The space and facilities of the room —or rather rooms, because there was a separate sitting room and kitchen— were excellent. Rather than the hotel room I expected, this was effectively an aparthotel . The well appointed kitchen enabled me to make myself simple meals there . The bed was extremely comfortable. The location was very central , and the staff friendly and helpful.
Altogether an excellent address in Central Turin."

"Overall a good experience, location amazing, staff on the whole friendly but a few things needed attention
Bathroom Sink was not clean on arrival wiped ourselves first day but after that spotless also had to request non slip mat for shower in bath which should be standard
Lovely room but seam of wallpaper had come away just need pasting down
Fabulous breakfast with very attentive staff would recommend overall good experience in the hotel"

"This is the third times i stayed in this hotel.
Convenient close to port susa Within 3-5 minutes walk. Easy to find restaurant in the area
1-2 km to city center
What i dont like is at night there were some noises from the traffic that could wake me up anytime during the night."

"Pros: Room was clean, shower was great, location was brilliant as it was right next to Porta Susa station, staff were helpful with my questions, breakfast was decent too.
Cons: The AC was not working in the sense that it was too hot! I tried a few times to reduce the temp at night but it kept blowing hot air and wasn’t a comfortable sleep because of that. Otherwise can’t complain."
