"Nous avons séjourné dans cet hôtel en famille : deux adultes et un enfant de 8 ans. L’hôtel nous a plu. Tout fonctionnait bien, les matelas et les oreillers étaient confortables et les équipements de la salle de bain étaient de bonne qualité. On n’entendait absolument pas le train. Nous avons été agréablement surpris de recevoir chaque jour deux sachets de thé et deux sachets de café lors du ménage. Seul bémol : l’espace est restreint. Une fois déplié, le lit bébé rend l’accès à la salle de bain...

"The entrance to the room was dangerous. The staircase was super narrow (2 spiral flights, plus a loft), myself and my dog almost fell down. What made it worse was the automatic light would randomly shut off while traversing the stairs. Completely unacceptable and unsafe. Bathroom was dirty, trash was there when I showed up, and I believe the sheets were dirty. I ended up itching all over the next morning and may have had some allergic reaction. I couldnt wait to check out and left 3 hours early....

"We loved this place. It was a cozy room in an old walk up, with lots of character. George is also an amazing chef and runs the restaurant underneath. Breakfast was delicious. Staff was very friendly. Check in was contactless and easy, with clear instructions. Wish all are accommodations were as great as this one. Walkable to the Citadel, shops, restaurants. George also created a handout with recommendations for other local shops/restaurants that are worth visiting. Would definitely book...

"We stayed at this hotel for two nights and had a very disappointing experience. The staff was extremely unprofessional, and the room felt dirty and dusty throughout our stay. It was unpleasant even to take off our shoes and walk around the room in slippers. We also noticed bugs running around the room. Everything felt old, poorly maintained, and unclean. The hotel markets itself as a five-star property, but in our opinion it doesn’t come close to that standard. Our stay was very uncomfortable...
