"Our family recently stayed there and we couldn’t have had a better experience. The hotel is updated, clean, the staff was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was really good. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the area. It was a reminder of what a Marriot property should look like."

"I have not stayed at this marina since the hurricane and the property had been refurbished with new cabins versus the old hotel. That said, the property is in a prime location for the river. The docks are in fantastic shape, The lodging options with the cabins are perfect in my opinion. You could tell the staff really care and from the start of check-in to the moment I left. Someone is always around to try to help you that says a lot given my recent trip was during the Fourth of July weekend...

"The staff was friendly and helpful even when there were many things I kept calling a out to address. Overall the room was good and a great price for the one night stay. It wasn't great because of the cleanliness of the stay. I don't exaggerate when I say there were stains on everything. They were washed and cleaned but the sheets had stains and the towels had stains and there were even weird stains on the carpet in the room. It doesn't make things feel clean and it's harder to rest. The staff...

"The insides I. The tank on the toilet was broken and had been “fixed” using a paper clip. Rose (housekeeping) came and temporarily fixed it until someone could come the next morning to permanently fix it…the toilet ran every 25 minutes or so all night. It was supposedly fixed the next day, but the first time I flushed it, water was squirting out the side of the tank. Immediately outside the room someone had emptied some beverage which was very sticky and I had to rinse the front sidewalk off....

"I was rather disappointed with the breakfast. I’m a diabetic and there were very few choices. Only other thing was the noise from the road at night. We will just know to ask for the back side next time"

"We have stayed here a few times now and it's always clean, well maintained and quiet. The owner and cleaner are both helpful and friendly. There is a restaurant and gas station right next door and a general store across the street so the location is very convenient. We haven't had the chance to use the pool yet but definitely plan to on our next trip up to inglis."
