"Large,.clean and well appointed room. Excellent location, right above Bethesda station. However, if you want to go sightseeing DC, keep in mind that the subway might be under renovation and you would need a taxi or uber. Staff are nice, but customer service.is horrible. I would like to know if I could send parcels to the hotel and they simply have not answered. I tried different channels several time (hotels.com, social media), but people simply refused to answer my doubts. "

Free Peleton in the room allowed me to workout in the morning before a full day of meeting. the coffee in the room was SUPERB! Can't tell you how relaxing it is to have a cup of fresh brewed decaf - so delicious - before rest! I can't wait to bring my husband!"
