"TVs did not work in the bedroom or living room. Telephone did not work. Rooms were muggy (humid). Mattress was fantastic. Breakfast eggs and sausage were cold. Pool and hot tub were nice. Courtyard was cute."

"This property should not be listed at all. The most disgusting place I’ve ever seen. We left 10 minutes after checking in. Unfortunately we tried to obtain a refund vía hotels.com customer service and the property manager denied our claim. For $121 this is unacceptable. You guys should both be ashamed for promoting this property which does not even warrant to be even called a motel. Disappointed and disgusted "

"Judy the front desk clerk was awesome. Then the lady who came in after her. My room was ok, carpet was worn where it meet the tile and tack strip. If you stepped on it you would step on a tack. Had a couple issues with noise. Young ladies in the hallway. They had to quiet them down twice. Bar was never open and the wait staff was ok. Since they already got a tip included they didn’t check on you very often. "
