"The hotel provided excellent service throughout my stay. The room was cleaned daily to a very high standard, and the staff’s attention was consistently excellent. The shower pressure was outstanding, which made a real difference to comfort. While the room was a bit noisy at times, it was manageable and did not detract significantly from the overall positive experience."

"We have been staying in The Berkeley whenever we travel to Bangkok. Breakfast had been good. There had many choices (international) but not for this time stay. Mainly indian cuisine. Hotel room is cleaned comfortable. The location is good as we are able to go to the places without difficulty and inconveniences Staff are friendly and approachable. Overall, it had been a nice hotel to stay"
