"Crystalbrook is perfectly situated in Surry Hills. It’s perfect to travel throughout Sydney, with many transport options. But there’s also a great restaurant and bar scene nearby.
The rooms are cleaned and well kept, and the staff is very friendly. Great stay overall!"

"Great room for our stopover. The room was spacious, clean and had a very comfortable bed. It was very close to shopping, Bondi Beach and restaurants making all within walkable distances. And for those who don't really want to walk, it had good transport options close by. Reception were pleasant and very professional, and as we were earlier than our check in time they held our bags allowing us to head off and enjoy some of what Sydney had to offer. Great place, would stay again. Thank you."
"We were in town for the Sydney Marathon- the hotel staff allowed us to drop our bags before check in so that we didn’t have to haul them through the race expo- that was very helpful. On Saturday evening I was having issues with an Ubereats order and the man working at the front desk was SO helpful- called the restaurant for me and had everything sorted out in just a few minutes. The hotel is right by a bus stop, so that made it very convenient, and lots of dining options around the hotel. "
"Clean and spacious room. Good neighborhood close to supermarket and some restaurants. Nonetheless note that the area only has bus stops, no train or light rail stations nearby."
